5.1 Placing Orders

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5.2 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
- Delivery charges are additional and will be displayed before checkout.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
- We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and wallets.
- All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
5.3 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them.
- After 5 minutes, cancellation is at our discretion based on preparation status.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
6. Table Reservations
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, or through partner platforms.
- A valid phone number is required for reservation confirmation.
- We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the booked time.
- Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours prior to the reservation time.
- For groups of 10 or more, a deposit may be required.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or modify reservations as needed.
7. Delivery
- Delivery areas are determined by distance from our restaurant.
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
- You must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information.
- Minimum order amounts may apply for delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, menu descriptions, software, and the overall design, is the property of Shivkashi and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
9. User Content
By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shivkashi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
